It treats a lot of people from a large area of mid Wales and a lot of people from Aberystwyth have jobs there. The nurses and doctors treat people with broken bones and do emergency operations. Babies are born here; they over 600 births a year from people all over west Wales. In the summer the town has lots of tourists who might be ill/need help/have accidents. The town has a large university with students who might need help fast. There is also a lot of deaths there because some people can’t be saved. Bronglais is always very busy and most beds are always full.
